First you have to register your account as personal account and after to click upgrade option in your account section and follow other steps, for business account.

Broker Account

Just click upgrade option in your account secion and follow other steps in upgrade option, to upgrade to broker you must have atlease 200$ deposit in your account from atlease 1 week.

Just login to your account and from top bar request for your mastercard.

You can have 3 PayGlobel Accounts on your names, but if you have more than one account we may ask you some additional information about usage.

Just login to your account and from your dashboard click verifcation and follow next steps.

Security

Your account activity is monitor by our fraud protection bot, if bot find something specious in any operation bot will cancle the operation, or you may lost account access after to reactive your account you have to contact our support team.

Payments

Be sure before submit payment details that you are following the right steps, and try 2,3 times if transecion failed please contact our support team and we will be able to help you further.

You can withdraw/send as little as you like. However, the amount you withdraw/send should be sufficient to cover the withdrawal/send fees we apply as well as any fees applied by intermediary banks or payment companies.

It's nothing to worry some payments are in pending for a mean time until system proceed them sucessfully it's can take upto 1-5hrs for a payment to stay pending if it's taking longer please contact our support.

PayGlobel to PayGlobel transecions are proceed instantly, but for other payment options it's can take up to 1-5hrs and bank transfers can take longer.

There is no fees to receive personal payments in your account but on business accounts there are some fees which you can find in your account section.

You'll be able to find in your account summary, and for some transecion it's can take a little bit time to be availble in your summary.
